Snell & Whitehead design the six-story Harbor View Apartments, an all steel structure with braces frame core.

Brian Snell continues his father’s legacy by establishing Snell Engineering Consultants. 

Snell is hired to engineer the Bay High School Reroof project, our first K-12 project. 

Snell is contracted for their first Senior Living project at Pines of Sarasota. This large continuing care retirement community provides Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Independent Living to its residents and is located in downtown Sarasota.

Snell works on their first fire station for the Town of Longboat Key.

Snell works on the girl’s dorms at Ringling College of Art and Design, our first student housing project.

Curtis Ross and Cord Van Nostrand become Principals of Snell Engineering Consultants.

Snell opens Lancaster, Pennsylvania office. 

Snell acquires Collins Structural Engineering.

Snell lands at #59 of the Zweig Group's Hot Firm List.
